基于图算法的盾构壳体设计及其应用研究

摘    要:简述了图算法的理论产生基础,在受外压圆筒设计计算时避免了使用传统繁琐的解析法;对土压平衡盾构的工作原理及结构作了简要描述.根据土压平衡盾构盾壳作为受外压的圆筒,承受径向外压不受轴向外压的特点,以目前盾构壳体设计计算经验公式计算理论为切入点,引入图算法来校核经验公式设计计算结果的正确有效性,并相互比较,对比出盾构壳体设计计算中,图算法对受外压壳体的设计与分析能够有效提高盾构壳体结构设计的直观性和准确性,并达到了较好的设计效果.

Abstract:The generating of binary decision diagram (BDD) Algorithm theory is introduced to prevent the traditional complex abakytics in the shell designing and calculation. The working principle and structure of earth pressure balance shieht are illustrated. The shield shell bears radial external pressure instead of axial external pressure, according to such charaeteristics, the correctness and validity of the empirical equations results are identified by BDD Algorithm. The analysis and comparison indicated that BDD Algorithm can improve the intuition and validity of shell structural design in shield machine. Finally, the satisfied result is achieved.
