摘    要:汽车装配维修中涉及很多重复性操作.文中以汽车装配维修中的螺栓装配为研究对象,设计了一种简易的装配维修工具.该汽车轮毂螺栓装配工具可以有效地减少重复装配,既减轻了操作者的劳动强度,又提高了装配维修的效率和装配质量,有效地提升了汽车的安全性、舒适性和可靠性.该装配维修工具使得原本重复的螺栓装配工作组合起来,操作人员通过手柄一次完成整个装配过程.通过软件仿真和可行性分析,证明了机构的合理性和可操作性.

Abstract:There involves a lot of repetitive operations in automobile assembly. A new car wheel bolt assembly toni was designed in the study of automobile repair. The main purpose of this design was to minimize repetitive motion, reduce the operator's labor intensity, improve the efficiency and quality of assembly, and effectively enhance the safety, comfort and reliability of the car. Repeated bolt assembly work was combined by using this car wheel bolt assembly tool. The mechanism was proved to be reasonable and workable through software simulation and feasibility analysis.
