用于机械压力机驱动的电动机发展趋势探讨

摘    要:文章阐述了机械压力机的各种驱动方式.对伺服驱动方式压力机的驱动电机进行了比较论述,从直流伺服电动机到交流伺服电动机,及开关磁阻电动机和横向磁场电动机.对各种电机的特点及其在伺服压力机上的应用进行了分析,指出横向磁场电动机以其良好低速性能在伺服压力机上应用将具有明显的理论和实用价值.

Abstract:Various driving modes of mechanical press have been expounded in the text. Various driving motor of servo press have been analyzed and compared,such as DC servo motor,AC servo motor,switched reluctance motor and transverse flux motor. The characteristics of various motor have been analyzed as well as their application on press. It is pointed out that transverse flux motor of servo press has obvious value of theory and practical application by its excellent characteristics of low speed.
