萤石浮选的新流程

摘    要:本文分析了湖南桃林铅锌矿选矿精矿含硅高、含硫高和细度不够等问题,提出了两种萤石浮选新流程。实践表明,阶段磨选比一段细磨优越,不仅可避免矿石过磨,而且能使萤石-石英连生体充分解离。在阶段磨选方案中,三精再磨选比粗精再磨选降硫指标好。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing problems of Tiaolin Pb-Zn Mine, such as high Si and S contents in Pb-Zn concentrates and unsatisfactory grind, the author suggests two new flowsheets for fluorite flotation It has been found that stage-grinding and concentration has more advantages over one-stage fine grinding and concentrat.on,because it can not only eliminate the overgrinding of ores but also liberate thoroughly fluorite-quartz assemblages Among the stage-grinding and concentration alternatives, tertiary concentrate grinding and concentration is a better circuitwhich can reduce more dramatically the sulpher content in Pb-Zn concentrates than primary concentrate grinding and concentration.
