| 摘 要： | 三维可视技术是地理信息系统(以下简称GIS)的重要发展领域，简要论述了三维可视技术的基础理论，结合笔者在城市规划管理中用IMAGIS三维地理信息系统(3DGIS)软件做的一个实例进一步对3DGIS进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 3D visibility technique is the vital development field of GIS. The foundamental theories of 3D visibility technique are briefly introduced. Combined with one project based on IMAGIS by the authors done in the city planning management, a further discussion is made on 3DGIS. |
