| 摘 要： | 针对山西省安全生产教育培训的现状,指出加强安全生产教育培训的重要性,探讨了如何提高作业人员的安全素质和操作技能,从而杜绝或减少在生产活动中的各类不安全状态,以期对建筑施工企业进一步做好安全教育与培训工作起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | In light of the present condition of production safety education and training in Shanxi province,the author points out the importance to strengthen such education and training,discusses the way to improve safe qualities and operating skills of personnel,in order to stop or reduce various unsafe situation in production activities and offer a reference for building construction enterprises to well do safety education and training. |
