纸机电磁烘缸的模糊控制

摘    要:电磁烘缸应用于纸张干燥,是一种全新的干燥技术.针对其温度控制具有非线性、时滞性等问题,设计了电磁烘缸模糊控制系统,重点对模糊控制器的设计方法作了较详细的介绍.仿真实验表明,电磁烘缸模糊控制器控制精度高、稳态性能好.

Abstract:Electromagnetic dryer used for paper drying is a new drying technology.In view of its temperature control with problems of nonlinear and time lay,a fuzzy control system of the electromagnetic dryer is designed,the design method of fuzzy controller is introduced in detail.Simulation experiments show that the fuzzy controller of electromagnetic dryer has high control precision and good steady-state performance.
