Minitab软件在苯丙乳液表面施胶剂合成中的应用

苯丙乳液是一种高教、低污染的造纸用表而施胶剂,经苯丙乳液表面施胶的纸张具有较好的抗水性和较高的强度、挺度.利用Minitab软件,讨论了影响苯丙乳液合成的主要因素乳化剂用最、引发剂用量、功能单体用量对施胶纸张Cobb值的影响,利用响应曲面分析法设计实验寻求优化合成条件,采用半连续预乳化种子乳液聚合法合成,并用FT-IR、AFM测定乳液的结构和性能.与阴离子淀粉配制成表面施胶剂,对静电复印纸原纸进行表面施胶,并与市售的硅丙乳液的应用结果进行比较,结果表明,自制苯丙乳液有较好的表面施胶效果.

Application of Minitab to the Preparation of Styrene-acrylate Copolymer Emulsion Surface Sizing Agent
