3 kA钕电解槽磁场的研究

摘    要:采用划分若干电流元的方法对3kA钕电解槽磁场进行了研究,结果表明,该电解槽磁场只存在圆周方向分量,轴向和径向分量均为零,磁场主要由电极电流产生,熔体电流的作用不大,该电解槽电极之间的磁感应强度最大,电极以外的区,由于阳极筒的屏蔽作用,磁感应强度显著减弱,已接近于零,这说明,在周期小磁场强度下,不考虑铁磁物质(槽壳)对磁场的影响是完全可行的。

Abstract:The magnetic field in 3 kA neodymium electrolysis cell was researched by using the method of dividing electric current.The results indicate that the magnetic field has only circular component,and the axial and radial components are both naught.The magnetic field is mainly produced by the electric current in electrodes.The magnetic field intensity between the electrodes is great and weakens greatly about to zero outside the anode because of its shield.So the measure to ignore the influence of ferromagnetic materials(shell of the cell) is feasible.
