摘    要:在考虑材料传统的机械性能、物理化学性能、加工工艺性能基础上,将材料经济性能和环保性能作为材料选择的影响因素,采用模糊数学方法对指标进行量化处理,利用层次分析法确定材料性能指标权重,以材料性能数据库为基础,利用综合评价法实现材料的选择,为材料选择提供一种有效方法。

Abstract:Considering the mechanical performance, physical and chemical properties and the process performance of the traditional materials, this article takes the economic performance and environmental performance as the influence factors of material selection, uses fuzzy mathematics method to quantify indicators, and uses the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine index weight of material property. Based on the data base of material properties, this paper using comprehensive evaluation method for the choice of materials, it provides an effective method for material selection.
