摘    要:原子吸收光谱法可直接测定许多金属元素 ,但每一元素的分析条件各不相同 ,难以同时进行多元素分析。而火焰原子吸收光谱法能在同一体系中连续测定葵花子中铜和锌。经试验证明 ,在选定的工作条件下 ,用火焰原子吸收光谱法在同一体系中连续测定葵花子中铜和锌元素 ,RSD达到 0 .5 8% -0 .72 % ,回收率 99.0 % - 10 0 .3% ,具有良好的精确度和准确度 ,方法快速简便

Abstract:AAS can be applied to determine the metal elements contained in the substance.However,the requisites for determining one metal element differ from those for another,which means AAS is inefficient in multi element determining.That FAAS has been emploved to determine the elements of Cu and Zn hasn's been reported so far to our knowledge.Results of the experiments we have conducted show that FAAS is efficient in determining the Cu and Zn contents in sunflower seeds successively on condition that the requisites have been selected beforehand.The experiment reveals that the RSD is 0.58-0.72% and the recovery rate is 99.0%-100.3% which proves that the method applied for the purpose in question is simple and efficient.
