摘    要:过程工业领域的安全问题正在国际上引起普遍的高度关注,安全仪表系统标准、产品及其应用均有了快速发展。为更好地总结火电厂热工自动化安全技术和经验,必须首先统一安全技术指导思想。讨论了火电厂热工保护设计、分散控制系统(DCS)及其后备监控设备配置和以“开放”的思想引进电控安全技术等3个方面的具体安全技术问题,以期在统一指导思想基础上,对长期以来积累的具体安全技术和经验取得共识。

Abstract:Safety in the field of process industry has become an issue of increasing interest all over the world and the standards, products and application for safety instruments are developing rapidly. The guidelines for I&C safety techniques have to be consolidated so as to summarize the related techniques and experiences as possible. Several specific safety problems were discussed such as the protection design of I&C system in thermal power plant, the configuration of DCS and its backup devices and the introduction of electrical control to reach consensus on the corresponding safety techniques and experiences accumulated permanently.
