| 摘 要： | 随着移动数据网络的发展，对终端、网络和业务之间的适配性和兼容性提出了更高的要求。运营商作为产业价值链的核心环节，必须从网络角度最大化地保证业务的可用性。然而，在日常的维护中，部分TCP／IP参数设置问题导致某些业务无法使用的情况时有发生，这里以MTU值和Window Size参数为例进行了深入探讨。

As the core value chain, operator must insure the availability of service based on the network, However, part TCP/IP parameters impact some services.
