基于MSC.FATIGUE的乳化液泵曲轴疲劳分析

摘    要:通过三维设计软件PRO/E建立乳化液泵曲轴模型,利用MSC.ADAMS/PATRAN对乳化液泵曲轴进行动力学仿真和有限元静力学分析,得到曲轴的载荷谱和应力分布;应用MSC.FA-TIGUE对曲轴进行有限元疲劳分析,获得曲轴的最小疲劳寿命和寿命分布,为曲轴的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:The three dimensional model of emulsion pump's crankshaft is built by software pro/E. Dynamic simulation and static finite element analysis are done by MSC. ADAMS/PATRAN to gain the load spectrum and stress distribution. The minimum fatigue life and its distribution of the crankshaft obtained by MSC. FATIGUE provide a reference for optimum design.
