摘    要:中国石化股份有限公司荆门分公司第二套重油催化裂化装置由于掺渣率提高而导致生焦率和烧焦再生烟气热能增加,由于烟气热能超过了CO锅炉的回收能力,以及锅炉对流段的流通阻力使进入锅炉的烟气CO燃烧率降低,锅炉烟气热能利用率仅为51.37%,锅炉产汽量仅为50.83t/h。针对以上问题,采用高效汽提器和低温过热水热媒换热技术实施了技术改造,改造后烟气热能利用率提高到94.65%,锅炉产汽量增加到65.81t/h,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Since processing more residue feedstock, the coke yield of the 2nd FCCU in Jingmen General Petrochemical Works has risen and resulted in increasing the heat energy of flue gas. The heat energy of the flue gas overcharged the recovery ability of the CO boiler and the flow resistance in its con-vection section raised, which lowered the combustion efficiency of the CO. The utilization rate of heat energy of the flue gas was only 51. 37% and the generated steam was 50. 83t/h. After technical trans-form by adopting high efficiency stripper and the heat transfer technology of low-temperature overheated water, the utilization rate of heat energy raised to 94. 65% . and the generated steam increased to 65. 81 t/h, thus, the economic benefit was obtained.
