摘    要:变压器套管担负着固定引线以及保证引线对地绝缘的作用。若其存在缺陷或发生故障,将直接危及变压器的安全运行及其供电可靠性。本文以一起500kV主变高压套管末屏烧损故障为例,分析了造成高压套管末屏烧损的原因,并结合电气试验、油色谱分析和实践经验提出了具体的处理方法和防范措施,保证系统及设备的安全运行。

Abstract:The bushing shell of transformer is used to fix the leading wire and ensures insulation.Therefore,if there is any flaw or accident it will influence the safety operation.Taking an end shield burning loss of high-voltage capacitor bushing shell of 500 kV transformer as example,the paper analyzed the reason of end shield burning loss.Then treatments are proposed based on electrical tests,characteristic analysis and experience to prevent similar accident and ensure safety operation.
