| 摘 要： | 介绍了复贴机卷绕机构恒张力控制的基本原理和数学模型，并提出了串级PID控制策略，运用计算机仿真工具MATLAB及其SIMULINK进行仿真调试。仿真结果表明系统技术性能指标符合要求，控制效果良好。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the affixture machine winding tension control and deduced mathematic model.The cascade PID control system of testing components is used.It is simulated by MATLAB and SIMULINK.The result of simulation has proved that the above system is good in technical performance. |
