| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新的恒电量腐蚀测量系统，并重点阐述了数据分析系统的设计及实现方法；该系统在原有CS-2恒电量仪的基础上进行了改进和性能扩展；采用Visual C＋＋和Maflab混合编程开发数据分析系统，这样既可以充分利用Maflab强大的库函数资源，又可以灵活地开发和组合数据处理的软件模块及其界面；结果表明，通过设定限制条件，大幅度降低了非线性最小二乘拟合算法迭代次数，曲线拟合速度更快，更容易收敛，因此，大大增强了多个时间常数腐蚀体系恒电量数据的分析能力，从而扩展了恒电量测量的实际运用范围。 |

| Abstract: | A rapid corrosion measurement system based on coulostatic method is reviewed. A data analysis package is also designed and realized based on the mix-programming idea. Using Visual C++ and MatLab to mix-program, adopting non-linear least-square method, this system can obtain kinetic parameters, make the accurate fit curve. The results of experiments show that this system has the better computational capacity and higher run-speed. It enlarges the application range of the corrosion measurement based on coulostatic method. |
