摘    要:针对机载通信对抗设备电路单元种类多、测试诊断困难的问题,在分析了机载通信对抗设备测试需求的基础上,综合运用自动测试、面向信号设计、TPS(Test Program Set,测试程序集)可移植等技术,以计算机为核心,以PXI仪器、GPIB仪器为依托,以多种总线接口为纽带,构建了一种可靠性高、通用性好、操作简便、可扩展性强的自动化测试系统。根据系统设计方案,对系统软硬件平台组成、信号接口及适配、信号调理及扩展、软件功能设计等关键技术进行阐述。经使用证明,该系统能够对机载通信对抗系统中各子系统的外场可更换单元(Line Replaceable Unit,LRU)实现功能检查、性能测试、故障检测与隔离等功能,提高了部队地面综合保障能力。

Design and Implementation of an Automatic Test System for a Certain Type of Airborne Communication Countermeasure Equipment
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of many kinds of circuit units of airborne communication countermeasures and the difficulty of testing and diagnosing,based on the analysis of the testing requirements of airborne communication countermeasures,a highly reliable,universal,easy-to-operate and scalable automatic test system is built by using automatic testing,signal-oriented design,TPS(Test Program Set) portability and other technologies,with computer as the core,PXI instrumentation and GPIB instrumentation as the backbone and multiple bus interfaces as the link.Based on the system design plan,the key technologies such as system hardware and software platform composition,signal interface and adaptation,signal conditioning and expansion,and software function design are elaborated.The application shows that the system can realize function checking,performance testing,fault detection and isolation for LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) of each subsystem in the airborne communication countermeasures system,and improve the ground comprehensive security capability of the army.
