| 摘 要： | 本文通过资料查阅、现场调查，并借助计算机对北江滨建筑群风环境进行模拟，指出北江滨建筑群成为城市入风口的障碍，提出如何避免福州市“屏风效应”发生的对策，为城市规划决策提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the information and the spot investigation,drawing support from the computer to carry on the simulation to architectural complex wind environment in North Waterfont,we point out that the architecture in Beijiangbing becomes the barrier which prevent wind cross the city,and give some advise on Ventilation Screen,which become a reference to Urban Planning. |
