摘    要:辽河油田锦州采油厂注气锅炉连续发生爆管事故,由于水质不合格,造成锅炉发生腐蚀。本文通过对锅炉水质分析和实验对锅炉腐蚀机理进行研究,得出结论是炉管腐蚀造成炉管减薄导致发生爆管的原因之一。

Abstract:Steam injection boiler of Jinzhou oil production factory of liaohe oil field occurred in tube explosion continuously,resulted in corrosion of steam injection boiler due to the poor water quality.The steam injection boiler's corrosion mechanism was studied by water quality analysis and experiment,result showed corrosion Resulted in thinning of boiler's tube.
