奥氏体不锈钢在石油精炼环境中应力腐蚀破裂

摘    要:通过恒变形和恒载荷试验研究了敏化18—8型奥氏体不锈钢在连多硫酸介质中的应力腐蚀行为。研究表明,介质浓度在2.0~6.0%,PH 值在0.8~1.8范围是材料出现应力腐蚀破裂的敏感介质。断口分析表明,在该体系中破裂属晶间型。钢中晶界贫铬区的存在是产生晶间型应力腐蚀破裂的主要原因。

Abstract:The stress corrosion behaviors of sensitized 18Cr-18Ni austenitic stainless steel in polythionic acid(H_2S_xO_6)by which cracks are initiated are studied by using constant strain specimens and constant loap testing with focusing on the material and its environmentel factors.The research shows that the concentration of 2.0-6.0% H_3S_xO_6 with pH 0.8-1.8 is that of a sensitive medium to stress corrosion cracking (SCC).The analysis of the fractography indicates that cracking in this system is intergranular.In the steel the ac- tive dissolution of depletted chromium regions along grain boundaries is the main cause of intergranular SCC.
