金卤灯电参数智能测试与分析系统的研究

摘    要:在金属卤化物灯的生产制造过程中,其电参数的测量是其中的一个重要环节。本文介绍了一种基于面向对象技术的金卤灯电参数智能测试与分析系统。文章详细阐述了系统的组成和工作原理以及测试系统的软件结构及其设计方法,实现了实时数据采集、数据和波形显示以及数据的存储功能。目前,该测试系统已成功应用于生产中,并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In the process of manufacturing of metal halide important procedure. This paper introduces a visual metal halide lamp based on the object-oriented lamp, the test of electric parameter of the lamp is a very auto test and analysis system for the electric parameter of technology. Firstly, the paper introduces the hardware construction and work principle, then we introduced the construction and the method of design of software. In our test system, we realized the real-time data acquisition and the display of data and its wave and data storing. Now, this test system has been used successfully in production and its performance is very good.
