学生学习动机的缺失、培养与激发

现有的教育体制、现行高职教育的培养模式以及高职院校毕业生就业难的现实,直接导致学生学习动机不足乃至缺失。必须通过人才培养模式、课堂教学模式以及实习实践模式的创新,充分发挥高职院校教师的主导作用,培养和激发高职学生的学习动机。

How to Foster and Inspire Students' Learning Motives

The lack of learning motives of students directly resulted from the current educational system, the training model of vocational education, and the difficulties in finding jobs after graduation. To foster and inspire learning motives of students in vocational schools, we should bring innovations into the fields of training model, classroom teaching model and concrete practice model, and bring teachers' leading role into full play.
