摘    要:在知识经济时代,人是生产力中首要的、最活跃的因素,人力资源已成为第一经济要素。企业在激烈的竞争中获取利润的关键在于如何管理该企业的人力资源,充分发挥其潜力,获得核心竞争力。知识经济时代,要适应企业经营方式的转变和人力资源管理职能的拓展,人力资源管理必须进行思想、组织、方法、手段的创新。

Abstract:In knowledge economic times, human is the primary and most active factor in all productive ability. Human resources have already become the first economic element. The key for enterprise getting profits in the intensive competition is how to manage its human resources ,to make full use of its potentiality, and to grasp the competitiveness. in order to catch up with the change of enterprise's operating and the development of human resources management function nowadays , the management of human resources have to be innovation in thoughts, organization and methods.
