| 摘 要： | GIS(地理信息系统 )可将表格式的信息和地图式的信息结合起来 ,在计算机内组织成一个既反映数量特征又反映拓扑特征的地理信息数据库 .GIS的信息处理方式主要是图形方式 ,它直观表达地理要素的分布态势及彼此之间的拓扑关系 ,在防汛指挥调度中能形象、快捷地掌握全局情况 ,为领导决策服务 .

| Abstract: | GIS, geographical information system, is a combination of computer science and geography, and is MIS (management information system) on the basis of maps. It integrates information in table and map forms, and organizes them into GIS database in computer that can reflect both the mathematic and topologic characteristics. The way GIS employs to deal with information is mainly in the pattern of maps and figures, which directly represents the distribution status as well as the topologic relations among geographical factors and is able to easily, quickly and vividly control the overall situation of flood prevention, and provide decision making service for leaders. |
