| 摘 要： | 针对尾矿库进行包容式建坝扩容的特点，提出了新库启用时的调洪、老、新坝的排渗及稳定性问题的技术措施，解决了工程应用的实际问题，达到了节约耕地和环境保护的目的。

| Abstract: | In view of the characteristics of the containment type technology of dam construction and expansion of tailings reservoir,technical measures for solving the problems of flood regulation,infiltrated water drainage of both new and old dams and stability at the start of using new dam are suggested so as to solve the practical problems in the technology application and attain the aim of cultivated land saving and environmental protection. |
