活齿少齿差传动力学模型和强度分析

摘    要:本文建立了活齿为滚子、激波器为偏心圆、活齿架的导槽为平面而形成的内齿轮齿形为其共轭曲线的少齿差传动受力模型。根据阻力功和动力功相等的原理,推导出关键参数激波器转臂轴承对活齿的最大作用力.得到了各啮合副的受力分布表达式。并根据文2]的光弹性实验结果,建立了活齿少齿差传动的强度分析模型。得到了主要传动部件固定内齿轮、活齿架和转臂轴承的强度计算公式。为工程设计提供了一个简便的计算方法,

Abstract:In this paper, the forcing model of the active tooth transmission with a few difference of tooths is found for the conjugate curve of a tooth pattern of the internal gear wheel being formed by the active tooths, the shock wave instrument and the guiding slots of the active tooth frame which arc the roller, eccentric wheel and plan, respectively. According to the principle of resistance power and driving power being equal in amounts, the key parameter, the greatest acting force acted on the active tooths by the revolving arm ball bearing of the shock wave instrument is resulted. The mathematic formula of the force distribution of each clinching mates is obtained. According to the experimental result of photoclasticity in paper (3),thc model on strength analysis is found for the active tooth transmission with a few difference of tooths. The formula of strength calculation is obtained for the mainly transmissive compment parts: the fixed internal gear wheel, the active tooth frame and the revolving arm ball bearing. A simple and convenient calculation method is suggested for the practical design.
