φ800型真空练泥机工艺筒的改造

摘    要:为了满足500kV系列产品的生产需求,对φ800型真空练泥机工艺筒进行了改造。结合生产实际,探讨了工艺筒在破坏泥料定向颗粒排列、改善泥料的致密程度及均匀性方面所起的作用,确定了新型工艺筒的重要结构参数。最大压缩率在64%~75%,扩大率取值控制在150%~300%,扩大筒的长度与直径之比一般控制在1.2~2.0。压缩角2θ在30°以内,扩大角3θ一定要小于2θ,一般为2θ的0.5倍左右;如果3θ≥2θ,泥料与筒壁之间形成的间隙将产生死泥区。改造后的φ800型真空练泥机,练制的泥段能获得合理的定向排列和理想的致密度与均匀性,产品质量得到明显改善,满足了500kV系列产品的生产需求。

Abstract:Retrofit was made for extruding cylinders for vacuum press φ800 to meet the demand of 500 kV insulator manufacturing.Based on approaching to the affect of the cylinders on eliminating particle orientation,improving body compaction and homogeneity,the main parameters of the new cylinders were determined: maximum compressing rate between 64%~75%,expanding rate of 150%~300%,diameter-length ratio of 1.2~2.0.Compressing angle θ2<30°,expandig angle θ3≈0.5θ2.In case if θ3≥θ2 a gap between body particles and cylinder would be formed leading to formation of dead zone.After retrofit,the vacuum press φ800 can get body with rational particle orientation,ideal compaction and homogeneity,which apparently improves body quality and meets production demand for 500 kV products.
