高锰钢压缩过程马氏体取向变化及奥氏体取向对马氏体相变影响的研究

摘    要:%X 利用EBSD技术分析了两种高锰钢压缩变形下马氏体相变的特点。初步结果表明,奥氏体晶粒取向对马氏体转变有影响,压缩时{110}γ取向的奥氏体容易发生马氏体相变;ε-M、α′-M两种马氏体内存在较多相变变体遗传下来的特殊取向差,还有形变造成的ε-M中产生新的变体或特殊取向差及α′-M内因滑移造成小的取向差;BCC的α′-M内因滑移造成的取向差比HCP的ε-M大。

Abstract:Orientation features of martensitic transformation in two kinds of high manganese steels during compression were analyzed by EBSD technique.Primary results showed that,austensite orientation influences on martensitic transformation,and martensites in {110}γ oriented austenite grains transforms easily.The dominant misorientations in two types of martensites are special misorientations inherited from variant selection during transformation and special misorientations in ε-martensite induced by strain and small misorientations in α′-martensite by slip.However,the misorientations induced by slip are greater in α′-martensite than those in ε-martensite.
