| 摘 要： | 山西省天桥水电厂1号水轮机1952年由芬兰制造，其结构复杂。1977年2月投运，1999年11月完成水轮机改造，包括更换转轮、凸轮，增加导叶开度等。经运行和试验表明，性能满足合同要求。运行一年后检查情况良好，改造获得成功。本文对设计、制造、安装和试验做一介绍，以供水电机组改造借鉴。

| Abstract: | Tianqiao power station located on the Shanxi province was found in 1952.The unit1 with complicated structure made in Finland. The rehabilitation of unit 1 includ the replacement of runner, modifing the ram and in creasing the guide vane opening. It is proved that the performance meets the requirements of contract. It is running well checked after one_year operation. Therefore the refurbishment is succeeded. The following text introduces the design, manufacture, installation and testing so as to rebuild other hydraulic power unit for reference. |
