| 摘 要： | 以苄基咪唑为原料制得二乙氨基甲基咪唑,再与2,2'-氯-5-硝基二苯酮缩合得产品尼唑苯酮。收率71.3%,产品含量99.0%,是一条有望工业化的合成路线。

| Abstract: | A practical synthesis method of nizofenone was studied.Nizofenone was synthesized from 1-benzyl-imidazole to give 1-benzyl-2-diethylaminomethyl-imidazole.1-benzyl-2-diethylaminomethyl-imidazole reacted with 2,2'-chloro-5-nitro-dibenzone to give the target product with the corresponding overall yield and purity of 71.3% and 99.0%. |
