降解菌处理多菌灵农药废水的SBR工艺研究

摘    要:从土壤中分离得到以多菌灵生产农药废水为唯一碳源生长的13株菌,经鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)采用SBR工艺,将13株菌混合反应器中,运用正交试验确定SBR工艺最佳运行条件,表明13株菌具有良好的降解能力,SBR工艺在多菌灵农药废水处理中有明显优势。

Abstract:Thirteen strains were isolated from the soil in Changzhou, which could degrade the wastewater of carbendazim pesticide. All the bacteria were identified, as Pseudomomas sp.. During the experiments, SBR was applied, and thirteen strains of bacteria were used together in the SBR blanket to degrade the wastewater. Moreover, the orthogonal tests were used to find the optimum conditions. The results showed that thirteen strains of bacteria have a high degrading ability, and SBR process has an advantage in the treatment of wastewater of carbendazim pesticide.
