| 摘 要： | 分析了吸尘器弯管接头的结构,对具有整圈内置卡扣特征的塑件,设计了复合抽芯的内缩结构,实现弯管接头卡扣的顺利脱模,采用此方法提高了生产效率。经生产实践证明:模具结构可靠,生产的塑件满足要求。
