| 摘 要： | 分析了刷盒的成形工艺特点和技术难点,阐述了冲压级进模设计的结构要点和注意事项,通过认真分析提出了较为科学的对策,设计出实用的模具结构。该模具设计巧妙而且结构精简,产品稳定且生产效率较高,降低了劳动强度和生产成本。
