| 摘 要： | 分析了U形弯曲件冲压工艺,介绍了零件排样方案及模具整体结构特点,采用快拆式冲圆孔凸模结构和弯曲凸模结构,大大缩短了模具维修时间。实践证明,模具结构合理、可靠,较好地保证了零件质量,对U形弯曲件级进模设计具有一定参考价值。
