| 摘 要： | 分析了高强度不锈钢弹簧片冲压加工的难点,详细介绍了零件排样设计。模具通过合理的结构设计与采用合适凸、凹模零件材料解决高强度材料冲压加工中的难题,使模具能满足大批量生产要求。模具结构中采用了快换凸模的结构,提高了模具维修效率。
