摘    要:设计并开发了基于模糊推理规则的注射制品缺陷修正系统,简述了该系统的设计原理与流程,建立了模糊推理过程中需要的知识库和模糊规则库,介绍了模糊推理算法的设计与系统的实现,包括数据库的建立及基于面向对象的程序设计。通过将冲突消解置于模糊推理之前,减小了模糊推理过程的复杂程度。在推理过程中加入修正系数以减小缺陷修正的振荡幅度。试验证明,该系统易于操作、快捷、有效。

Abstract:Based on the fuzzy inference,a product defect correction system was designed and developed and the design principle and process were stated.The knowledge bases and fuzzy rule bases of the inference system were set up and the design of fuzzy algorithm and implement of the system including the data bases and object-oriented programming were introduced.The system proposed a method of putting collision relieving before fuzzy inference and a concept of correction factor for the first time,resulting in a decrease...
