| 摘 要： | 对优力胶在双分型面、动定模碰穿、包胶模3种典型注塑模具结构中的应用进行了分析，阐述了优力胶在注塑模具中的适用场合及模具的运动原理，得出了优力胶在注塑模具结构设计中的技术要求和设计技巧，对模具设计者具有一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The applications of PU elastomer in three typical injection mould-double parting surface,kiss-off and gum mold were analyzed,and the applicable occasions of UP elastomer in injection mould and the movement theory of the mould were described.The requirements and skills in injection mould structure design for UP elastomer were summed up.It provides certain reference to the mould designer. |
