| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿设备分散于众多工作点给生产造成的安全隐患,分析了煤矿设备的运行特征,设计了煤矿分散设备巡检系统。系统主要对矿井提升设备,通风设备和机泵群组进行巡检。利用编写的LabVIEW程序对设备进行状态监测,对设备旋转部件进行故障树诊断,以及对重要数据进行MySQL数据库管理,实现分散设备的集中监测、故障诊断和数据管理,满足煤矿设备巡检监测与故障诊断实际要求。

| Abstract: | In connection with the dispersion of coal mining equipment leading to potential safety hazard,analyses the operation characteristics of coal mining equipment and designs the inspection system for coal mining dispersed equipment.The system mainly monitored hoisting equipment,ventilation equipment and the pump groups.The LabVIEW programs were applied for monitoring working condition of the equipment,diagnosing rotating units by fault tree analysis(FTA) method and managing significant information in MySQL data... |
