摩托车挡泥板热流道注射模设计

摘    要:摩托车挡泥板由于体积大,注射流程长,整体高度比较高,表面质量要求高,侧面有小孔,注射成型时容易出现短射、结合线、翘曲等缺陷。该模具采用了液压抽芯机构和热流道系统,有效地克服了短射和结合线的问题,减小了翘曲量,提高了产品质量。

Design of Hot Runner Injection Mold for Motorcycle Mud Baffle
Abstract:In the injection molding process, because of the motorcycle mud baffle with large volume, long flow distance in injection, height is higher, some hole in the side and so on, some defects, such as short shots, weld lines, warp and so on, will appeared. This design applied the hydraulic core-pulling mechanism and hot-runner systems, it can solve the problems of short shots and weld line in the process, reduce the amount of warpage deformation, improved the qualities of the products.
