EBZ-132SH型掘进机液压系统的改进设计

摘    要:针对EBZ-132型掘进机原液压系统存在的问题,改进设计采用负载敏感变量泵和负载敏感比例多路换向阀形式。使用结果表明:改进后的液压系统性能稳定,安全可靠,为掘进机的长期无故障运行提供了重要保障。

Abstract:Analyzes the existing problems of hydraulic system of EBZ-132SH roadheader,the improvement design uses load sensing control pump and load sensing control valve.The use results show that this system has stable performance.It is safe and reliable,which provides important guarantee for roadheader's long time running without trouble.
