摘 要: | 通过对插头壳体的工艺分析,介绍了该插头壳体注射模的整体结构及设计要点,研究了模具成型、脱模过程,分析了模具的结构特点,提出了一种较为独特的模具结构,给出了型腔开放成型、模板一次弹顶、内侧滑块二次顶出的模具结构,实现了壳体的顺利成型和顶出,解决了型腔结构复杂、内侧凹孔不易成型、顶出机构不易设置、脱模过程容易夹腔的问题。
