基于MSP430F169的煤矿用顶板位移传感器的设计

摘    要:为降低顶板位移传感器功耗,延长传感器节点与矿用本安电源通信距离,提高顶板离层监测系统数据传输可靠性,设计了一种基于MSP430F169单片机的矿用顶板位移传感器。设计提出内外部电源管理方案,采用CAN总线通信方式,完善了人机接口功能,革新了传感器节点的工作模式。该位移传感器完成了样机研制,通过了调试,取得预期的设计目标。

Abstract:In order to decrease power consumption of roof-displacement sensor,to extend the transmission distance between sensor node and coal mining intrinsically safe power,and to improve the reliability of data transmission of the roof separation monitoring system,a design of coal mine roof-displacement sensor based on MSP430F169 is introduced.Presents a design scheme about internal and external power management,uses CAN bus communication,improves the function of human computer interface,innovates the sensor's work...
