| 摘 要： | 通过对汽车接插件中16线插头护套的成型工艺分析,设计了1副带有内置抽芯机构的1模4腔注射模,详细阐述了模具分型面及其关键零件的设计,介绍了模具工作过程。实践证明,模具分型面选择合理,抽芯机构运动平稳,生产的塑件符合设计和使用要求。
