16线插头护套注射模设计

摘    要:通过对汽车接插件中16线插头护套的成型工艺分析,设计了1副带有内置抽芯机构的1模4腔注射模,详细阐述了模具分型面及其关键零件的设计,介绍了模具工作过程。实践证明,模具分型面选择合理,抽芯机构运动平稳,生产的塑件符合设计和使用要求。

Abstract:The molding process of a 16-line plug sheath in an automotive socket connector was analyzed and a 4-cavity injection mould with built-in core-pulling mechanism was developed.The design of parting surface and key mould components were described.
