激光熔覆技术应用于掘进机截齿的研究

摘    要:掘进机截齿长期受到交变的冲击载荷,常因过度磨损而失效。对截齿合金头部分进行激光熔覆处理,并用ANSYS软件对截齿进行动力学和疲劳分析。计算发现,熔覆层能有效提高截齿的使用寿命。激光熔覆技术具有良好推广前景。

Abstract:The roadheader's bit substantively bear alternative impact load and often fails due to excessive wear.Applied the laser cladding technology to the alloy tip of bit,and carried out dynamic and fatigue analysis of the bit by software ANSYS.The result shows that the laser-cladding layers enhance the service life of the bit.The laser-cladding technology prospects well.
