| 摘 要： | 介绍了轴衬套的成型工艺与注射模结构,分析了该塑件的结构特点,经对塑件成型工艺分析,选择了哈夫滑块镶件的型腔结构和整体型芯自旋转抽芯脱模机构。实践表明:模具设计合理,结构紧凑,动作可靠,全自动生产效果良好。
