| 摘 要： | 分析了薄壁卡盖的结构特点及其注射模的设计思路,介绍了运用Cimatron E软件进行注射模的设计流程,给出了对于注射模核心零件的3D设计方法。运用Cimatron E的快速分模功能及配套设计工具,可以大大减少模具设计时间,提升模具设计质量和效率。

| Abstract: | Analysis of structure characteristics and injection mold design of the thin-wall cover, introduced injection mold design process based on Cimatron E, present 3D design of main components. Using Cimatron E quick mode function and related design tools, can greatly reduce the mold design time, enhance the mold design quality and efficiency. |
