| 摘 要： | 根据电源插件壳体塑件的要求,塑件上2-Ф1.5mm孔要一次成型,围绕2-Ф1.5mm孔的一次成型,提出了模具的分型要点,并对模具动作进行分析,完成了模具的结构设计及制造。经生产实践验证,模具结构设计合理,操作可行,塑件能满足用户的要求。

| Abstract: | According to the power source plugin shell of molded parts requirement, product 2 - φ1.5mm hole to one-time completed, and 2-φ1.5mm hole around completion in mold parting point forward, to mold movement analysis and design, finish die structure design and manufacturing, the production practice verification, the mould structure design is reasonable, operating feasible, products can meet the requirements of the customers. |
