| 摘 要： | 为解决爆炸焊接炸药中食盐添加剂吸湿性强以及对环境影响大的缺点,研制出SBM-1添加剂代替食盐,通过在粉状乳化炸药中调节SBM-1添加剂的含量,达到控制炸药爆炸性能的目的。实践表明,在粉状乳化炸药中加入45%的SBM-1添加剂所制得的爆炸焊接炸药能满足复合板材爆炸焊接的质量要求,而且炸药的流散性好,易于布药,炸药爆炸后所残留的惰性物质对环境影响较小,值得推广应用。
